Bulk topsoil, fine masonry sand, cushion sand and fill dirt for lawns, beds, pavers and low spots. We drop it where you want it, or spread it for you so you don't spend the weekend with a wheelbarrow.
| Material | Common uses |
|---|---|
| Screened topsoil | Under new sod, filling holes, building up thin yards, new flower beds |
| Fine masonry sand | Lawn leveling and top dressing, smoothing bumpy yards |
| Cushion sand | The bedding layer under pavers, walkways and patios |
| Fill dirt | Filling large holes, raising low areas, backfilling around foundations and walls |
| Sand and soil blend | Top dressing St. Augustine lawns, mixed leveling jobs |
Delivery only: we drop the load on your driveway or in the spot you choose. Put down a tarp first and the cleanup is easy.
Delivered and spread: we bring the material and spread it evenly across your front or backyard, beds or low spots. This is the better choice for top dressing a whole lawn, where an even layer matters.
Bulk material is sold by the cubic yard. Multiply the area in square feet by the depth in inches, then divide by 324:
Not sure? Send us the length and width of the area and what it's for, and we'll work out the amount for you.
Pricing is per cubic yard plus a delivery charge based on distance and load size. Screened topsoil typically starts from about $40 per cubic yard before delivery. Spreading is quoted separately. See the price guide, or call (682) 297-7266 for a quote on your load.
Topsoil is usually the first step before new sod, and sand is the main ingredient in lawn leveling and top dressing. We can handle the whole job.
Delivery is priced by load, so very small amounts are often cheaper by the bag from a store. For anything over a cubic yard or two, bulk delivery usually wins.
We dump at the edge of the driveway or on the spot you choose and avoid soft ground. Tell us about anything to watch out for, like sprinkler heads or a tight gate.
Topsoil is screened and holds nutrients, so grass and plants grow in it. Fill dirt is subsoil for raising grade and filling holes. It's usually capped with topsoil before sod or seed.
Fine masonry sand. It spreads evenly and works down into the grass. Cushion sand is coarser and is meant for pavers.
Tell us your address, the rough size of the yard and what you want fixed. A photo of the problem area helps. We'll reply with a clear, itemized estimate.
